I founded Drink and Draw in 2023 as an accessible, themed drawing event open to everyone regardless of artistic experience. What began as a trial session quickly grew into a regular community event, with the first session attracting more people than the venue could accommodate.

Each session features a different theme, accompanied by reference images to inspire participants. Since its launch, Drink and Draw has been hosted at venues including Experiment 625, The Bookbinder, BrewDog, Future Yard and the Botanical Garden as part of its 2025 Pride programme. To celebrate each anniversary, I curate a group exhibition showcasing artwork created by participants throughout the year.

The project was also featured on BBC Radio Merseyside in early 2024.
