LGBT History Month for GYRO and the Museum of Liverpool

For LGBT History Month 2021, I was commissioned to create artwork for a project that GYRO and the Museum of Liverpool were running, where they got the young people who attend GYRO to interview local activists. The activists each chose an object that meant a lot to them, to put into a virtual time capsule! I was asked to create portraits of each activist, create visual minutes and draw the objects that each activist picked for the time capsule. As it was a lot of work, I took a different approach and did digital art on my iPad instead. It was a lot of fun trying a new art medium! You can see the work below.
